Creativity has always been part of my life, showing up in many forms over the years—in high school trying different things such as creative writing, journalism, batiks, painting, drawing, ceramics, and pottery. And a few things on my own including photography. During the pandemic, a simple online image sparked a new creative passion. Curiosity drove me to explore this unique medium, and I quickly fell in love with the process of sculpting wool with a barbed needle. Needle felting has since become my primary artistic focus, allowing me to create detailed and whimsical figures.
