Mechelle Flowers is a multidisciplinary fine artist and lifelong entrepreneur whose work is rooted in creativity in all its forms—from visual art and mixed-media expression to technology, systems, and business innovation. Her artistic practice centers on transformation: exploring materials, ideas, and processes through fine art disciplines, hand-crafted works, and multimedia forms that blur the boundaries between art, design, and function. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a focus in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, grounding her creative work in spatial awareness, materiality, and human-centered design. Mechelle founded The Training Factor, a technology-driven company focused on professional training, systems development, and scalable education solutions. She later founded Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios, translating creative vision into a successful multi-location enterprise. She is also the founder of Hunt & Find Online, a creative retail brand featuring curated antiques and original artisan pieces, and an authorized Dixie Belle Paint stockist supporting the maker community. In addition to her creative and technology ventures, Mechelle is an active investor and rental property owner, applying the same artistic thinking and strategic discipline to long-term asset building and investing.
